Three-in-one Exhibition opened today at DWTC
Dubai: February 3, 2003 Mr. Khaled Bin Sulaiyem, General Manager of the Trade and Tourism Promotion Board in Dubai, today (Sunday 3 February 2003) officially opened at DWTC, the three international trade shows; Kitchen and Bathroom 2003, Gulf Light 2003 and Arabian Stone Fair 2003. The exhibitions will last till Wednesday, February 3. After cutting the traditional ribbon, Mr. Bin Sulayem toured the exhibitions, accompanied by Mr. Justin Boutros, MD of organising company Channels Exhibitions, official trade delegates from the participating countries and a number of local businessmen.
This year's shows attracted 120 exhibitors from 20 countries, including four official and specialised groups from Germany, Italy (2 groups) and China in addition to individual companies from Lebanon, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Belgium, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Egypt, Brasil, India and France and a group of leading agents and producers from the UAE showcasing a wide range of products to cater to the construction and housing industry in the Gulf region.
Participants in these exhibitions showcase a wide range of products to cater to the construction and housing industry in the Gulf region; Kitchens and Bathrooms 2003, features kitchen and bathroom ware, fittings and accessories. That includes a wide variety of kitchen and bathroom products, such as sanitary ware and accessories, cabinets, doors, mirrors, tiles, wallpaper, lightings, sauna, steam rooms and Jacuzzis. Besides that, exhibitors are offering kitchen, bathroom and spa design, fitting and construction services.
Gulf Light 2003 features internal and external lighting equipment and products for home and public use as well as in offices, hotels, factories and other establishments. Other products, such as searchlights and accessories, wires and electrical cables, street and garden lights and systems are also on display.
Wide ranges of natural stones, marbles and granite in addition to the latest and most advanced equipment and machinery in cutting, engraving and preparing different kinds of stones used for architect and decoration purposes, are on displayed at the Arabian Stones 2003.
