1.let's make sure that administrators/Principal's are held accountable for academic growth. They must care about children actually learning, not just being peer mediators with artificially positive self-images. If students aren't learning, they aren't being taught. Academic success, as measured by objective testing, must be demanded of our schools. When academic performance becomes a serious issue, the curriculum is likely to become focused on learning, and teaching methods will be based on methods proven to work, rather than the latest fadslet's keep control of education in local hands(SMC).
2. let's make sure teachers can teach. Most of the ones I know in Indian School Muladha including the Principal lack adequate teaching skills.
3.Let's stop bureaucrats decide how the school should be run. Local communities should be able to shape and control their schools, and parents should have the right to choose where their children learn.
4.Let's stop the failed monopoly system and give school community more control. Let's give parents choice and communities more control of the school.
5.Let's demand a thorough monitoring of our School system directly by an official appointed by CBSE.

Subject: Why is it that we Indians never learn from our mistakes?NEWS: Indian School Board dismissed by the Honorable Indian Ambassador.
(How honorable is this action is everyone’s guess)May we NRI's(parents) ask if this FIRST step taken by the FIRST citizen in his FIRST assignment to the Sultanate of Oman, is towards safeguarding the overall interest of the Indian Community or towards safeguarding the financial interests of some influential individuals of the Indian community? or is it just the normal vindictive & egoist nature of man?
A TRAGIC step at a time when the Indian Schools in Oman specially the Muladha & Muscat schools are in desperate need of a strong and working authoritative Board to safeguard the interests of the schools and the students.
Why is it that Indian Ambassadors are so gullible to fall into such traps/folly, causing problems and embarrassment for us NRI's?
Safeguarding the interest of the Indian community, as a whole is what we believe should be the priority along with upholding the great name of our great nation. We (NRI's) don’t see it in such an action and we are distressed and we feel very insecure and more vulnerable.
One appoints and the other dismisses. One builds the other destroys. One approves and the other disapproves. One honors and the other dishonors.
Its a shame to see such vindictive and embarrassing steps taken by the cornerstone of our community. This is an insult to the institutional Board (legally appointed) and a mockery of its objectives and the individuals.
Something seems to be cooking in the backyard of our embassy and it stinks. The foul smell emanating is an embarrassment to the NRI's and it would very soon turn our to be an uncalled for embarrassment to our great nation.
please allow us(NRI's) to live with our heads held high and please do not to bow to any external pressure for any ulterior motive.
We hope to have this Board recalled soon and we would appreciate your personal intervention in having the Principal of Muladha replaced at the earliest for the sake of the children.

Is the ambassador a private property of few idiotic business men in the Sultanate? Too shame to the whole Indian community. Why the citizens of India want to suffer these high dignitaries with most stupid and boneless background?
It was our fate. But it will not be our fate from now onwards. We should expel all those black hands who are hanging down as a huge gilletin over the whole indian community.
The Ambassador is for the welfare of the Indian citizens in the Sultanate. For the better understanding of the Ambassador the citizen of India is not the bigshots of Oman only. There are a few millions of Indians who are here for their daily bread.
If you could not do something for us, please have the dignity to not disturb who wants to do something possitive for us.

We parents are in a state of shock after hearing from official sources that the Board under your chairmanship has been terminated. We parents would like to know the truth behind this hasty move and we expect a public information from the Board of Directors in this regard.
Most of us are now convinced that the whole system is corrupt and it has no place for righteous people like you,who would initiate severe action against corrupt school officials. We would also like to receive a public notice regarding the decisions taken on the Principal of Indian School Muladha.
If we don't hear from you or from the Embassy regarding the fate of the Principal,Mr.Abraham Mathew (HE HAS TO GO)most of us feel it would be appropriate for us to withdraw our children from the school. We parents would support you in every move you take.

We are very eager to know what is happening in the Board. We are shocked to hear that the Ambassador has suspended the present Board since it is not approved by the Ministry. If it is so it is the nastiest thing ever to happen. Why the ambassador has gone for such an immediate move within few days of his arrival as if it was pre planned.
It is better to send my girls to India. Here this Indian schools are not a place for studies. These are for playing dirty politics.
We were expecting a lot from the new Board under you because you are a lady. We got several promises from you to clean up the system. But now you have been completely swept away by the Ambassador.
Is the new Ambassador also a puppet of the business loby here who plays with the life of students?
We still expect a possitive step from you. We would like to know what happened at the back. If it is rotten, definitely we will protest against it.

You have just not bothered to look into the miserable plight of the students of Indian School Muladha,we believe this is a rash decision against the Board of Directors;who were working on a total clean up of the school.
If you fail to understand the concerns of the huge parent community of Indian School Muladha,it would mark the THE DARKEST PERIOD'S OF EDUCATION IN THE SULTANATE.
It would be better we start withdrawing our kids from the School.The Parents aqre in a state of SHOCK and DISBELIEF.
