Mind Your Heart Dr. Benny Panakkal MD (Internal Medicine), DM (Cardiology), has more than eight years experience in cardiology and was working as Chief Cardiologist in Amala Institute of Medical Sciences, Thrissur before joining Badr Al Samaa Muscat in March 2003. After completing his post graduation in Internal Medicine in 1991, he took Doctorate in Cardiology as the best out going candidate from MCH, Trivandrum in 1995. He has been trained in Invasive Cardiology from Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences, Chennai. He has published articles in Indian Heart Journal and was extensively involved in giving lectures as part of CME programs under the auspices of Indian Medical Association.
