ABU DHABI MOTORS APPOINTS ROLLS-ROYCE SHOWROOM MANAGER

17/05/04 Abu Dhabi Motors, the exclusive importer of BMW Group cars and motorcycles in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, has appointed Kadhum Hamzah as the new manager of its dedicated Rolls-Royce showroom on Abu Dhabi Corniche. Hamzah, 34, was a key member of the Abu Dhabi Motors sales team that drove record revenue growth over the last five years. His appointment follows Abu Dhabi Motors' purchase of the Rolls-Royce franchise agreement from Al-Habtoor Motors in 2003. "Kadhum has an excellent track record in customer satisfaction and achieving award-winning sales results with BMW. His hard work has now been recognised by this significant promotion," said Arno Husselmann, General Manager, Abu Dhabi Motors. "His knowledge of the Rolls-Royce brand, the market, and his experience will benefit Rolls-Royce owners in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, including those who own models prior to the introduction of the new Phantom." Abu Dhabi Motors' separate Rolls-Royce showroom is in line with BMW Group Middle East's strategy of sharper product differentiation and the completely separate management of its BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce brands - from design to marketing and distribution.
