A fire broke out in Muscat near the Al Naser theatre on Thursday night. A Keralite's house was totally burnt and theneighbouring building also caught fire. Prabha, a 45 year old Keralite working as the foreman of a contracting and trading company was not present when his home located within the premises of a residential building caught fire.

 

Everything including 8 passports of the company staff, 200 Rials, TV, VCR, Fridge, AC etc totally destroyed. Mr.Prabha from Kerala has lost everything, but not his self confidence.-KM Photos. The fireforce tried to stop the fire, but the neighbouring building was also affected. The flat of Mr.Siddiq from Banglore, staying on the first floor also lost some of his household items like ACs, VCR,TV etc.Is this areanear Al Naser theatre in Muscat prone to fire accidents. Two months back a similar fire took place in the adjacent building.
