is to bring together old friends with whom you have shared the
same class room or hostel room through the Internet. Even though many of our school and
college friends are working here and there, we do not know how
to get in touch with them. The best way is to form an alumni
association of various colleges in Kerala where you completed
your studies. To make entries please send us your name, school/college
studied, course and period, photograph and contact details. Through
KM you can trace your old friends anywhere in the world. Send
your details and suggestions to editor@keralamonitor.com --Watch This space for Details.

Trouble Shooting in the Arabian Gulf

Priyanandan team is facing serious hurdles
in shooting a film in Muscat . It seems to be a different game
in the Arabian Gulf due to poor Organizers and lack of local
talents. After one week stay in Muscat, the team could shoot
only a couple of scenes as the original script had to be changed.
Except that it is being shot in Oman, the latest script appears
to have no relavence to Non Resident Keralites life at all --notwithstanding
the wide publicity in the local media about new Telefilm on the
expatriates. Actor Srinath is in a hurry to go back as he has
accepted call sheet for some more mega pulp serials. The worst
problem is created by the poor local organizers. The team which
came without sufficient number of artists wanted to select some
local actors and actresses. At last they are satisfied with some
of the local artists. Some of them are found doing mundane jobs
like cleaning the vehicle or arranging tea to get a chance in
the film. Priyanandan is a great artist who can withstand such
hurdles, but poor organisers and bad company can make things
difficult for him. Watch this space for details.
