July 15 2003

Hyperlink, the largest Middle East Oracle E-Business Suite

implementation and consultancy Services Company, has achieved a new milestone by
receiving the Certified Advantage Partner (CAP) recognition from Oracle, after
meeting 13 tough criteria set by Oracle.

The new certification, apart from taking Hyperlink to the select and
high competence list of Oracle partners, will translate into superior levels
of service for en d-users, helped by Hyperlink's privileged status as
one of the preferred partners. Hyperlink is one of only two IT companies to
get this prestigious certification in the Middle East.

"The Certified Advantage Partner (CAP) is Oracle's top certification
for partners who have shown dramatic consistency in integrating our
software within their solutions and highlighting its advantages to the
end-users," said Hicham Esaadi- Channel and Alliance Manager, Oracle Middle East.
"CAPs are our privilege partners who have reached the highest level of
excellence. Hyperlink's innovative approach, aggressive marketing techniques and
market knowledge made it an ideal candidate for the certification. We are sure
that this move will bring mutual benefits to both organizations, while
adding further sophistication to the delivery of the final product to
the end-user."

"This upgrade from Oracle Certified Partner to Certified Advantage
Partner represents a big leap for Hyperlink because it guarantees to our
clients the recognition of one of the biggest global IT corporations whose
standards are extremely high," said Dani Diab Vice President - General Manager,
Hyperlink. "The recognition crowns years of hard work, dedication and commitment
to Oracle systems. It is a tribute to the high level of competency
Hyperlink's team has acquired, a team that believes in implementing technology for
the sole purpose of supporting business objectives."

Hyperlink had to meet several stringent criteria before getting the
upgrade to the CAP e-Business Suite Track. The criteria included evaluation of
the experience of the members of the Hyperlink team, revenue target set
by Oracle, presenting a business plan for the coming year and getting
Oracle approval of the upgrade. Hyperlink's high levels of competency can be
gauged from the fact that the Oracle CAP certification came just seven days
after submission, a rare honour for a Middle Eastern firm.

"The CAP is a prestigious certification much sought after by IT
players, because of the intimacy it generates with the principal and the
consequent exclusive expertise it assures," said Ananth Swaminath Director -
Business Solutions, Hyperlink. "It means enhanced collaboration between the two
sides and better access to information, all of which will work for the
betterment of our customers. It gives us a competitive edge and puts us
in a stronger position to fulfill our commitment to our clients. On our
part, we will ensure that we leverage the certification to provide
value additions and the most advanced solutions to our end-users."

The Oracle CAP signifies long-term strategic partnership in recognition
of the highest levels of competency and commitment to Oracle. Certified
Advantage Partners receive special support and dedicated account
management. In addition, they may also qualify for additional Oracle9i and
e-Business Suite services. (keralamonitor.com)
