"Legend of Zord," makes its debut in the Middle East

Dubai Media City company Imaginations set to target the fast growing computer gaming market in the region

Imaginations, a Dubai Media City based computer game development company,
today announced the launch of "Legend of Zord," the first-ever computer
game of international quality to be totally created, written, animated
and produced in the Middle East. "Legend of Zord" is the product of the combined talent of industry wizards from 14 countries roped in by Imaginations, the company that boasts the only studio in the region capable of producing a 3D feature film. The
innovative computer game is on the brink of a revolution in digital entertainment
with stunning graphics equaling the best from anywhere in the world.

In "Legend of Zord" players can interact with four heroes who struggle
against the forces of evil in the mythical ancient lands of Arabia dating
back over 4,000 years. Offering 15 action-packed levels, the game takes
computer game enthusiasts across ancient Arab cities, endless deserts,
tropical forests, hidden valleys, terrifying dungeons and vast mountain
ranges. Using combat skills, intelligence and 24 different weapons and
spells, the heroes fight off numerous evil creatures, including rat men,
giant spiders, stone golems, vultures, monkey warriors and man-eating crocodiles,
while battling through vastly different environments.

Announcing the launch of "Legend of Zord" at a press conference in Dubai,
Arun Nagar, CEO and Managing Director of Imaginations, said: "Globally,
sales of computer games have outpaced those of the film industry, at over
$23 billion per annum. By assembling some of the best talent from across
the globe, Imaginations is aiming to grab a share of this growing sector
and our first offering "Legend of Zord" is a significant step in this direction."

Though "Legend of Zord" has been developed primarily for the Arabic speaking
markets, it can be easily switched to the English language option, to enable
a wider market to enjoy the edge-of-the-seat adventure.

To mark the launch of "Legend of Zord," Imaginations has signed a deal
with Arab singing sensation Hasna to record the classic song "Al Hayat
Helwa" (Life is Beautiful) for a music video that has been filmed on location
in Dubai incorporating some spectacular graphics from the game. The music
video, said to be one of the most expensive productions done in this part
of the world, is currently being aired on major Pan-Arab TV and radio stations.
