Read one publishable letter from Riva Philiph..who has send many more write ups using unparliamentary descriptions against some of the well respected popular leaders from the left...Editor

To Editor, Kerala Monitor

Yes, it was me who wrote articles against Communist Parties and other pro-Leftists in different websites like ...(four website names), etc. What is your problem?

I am only counter attackeds (sic) those hardcore CPI (M) thugs who attacked Congress and our leaders and those who unleashed some baseless allegations.

Infact the involvement of Kodiyeri and Sreemathy teacher in kilirur Sex Scam is not first alleged by any Congressmen, but by your own V. S. Achuthanandan only.

Your KeralaMonitor.com is a biased portal propagating Leftist and Communist propagenda. I know you will continue your tirade against peoples like me.

For your information, I am not part of any powerful lobby. I am a proud Congressman. I am the National Vice President of INC - IT Cell.

If Achuthanandan continue his tirade against Oommen Chandy, I will also do my best to silence Achuthanandan.

It is a known fact that CPI (M) and LDF are againsdt Development, Computers, IT, etc. It is shame that one side your media (KeralaMonitor.com) is supporting Communists' opposition to IT, and at the same time you are enjoying the facilities offered by IT to prpogate your stupid ideologies (your website itself is a result of IT).

Dear Jacob,

I am unable to comment on Kochin Smart City, before knowing more details. But, I have to comment on the hypocrisy of our political leader, especially those belonging to CPM & Left Democratic Front.

When DYFI people were breaking computers at the behest of Mr. Achutanandan, his son Arun was studying at Kollam TKM Engineering College. He got admission at this private engineering college on Management Quota, not on Merit or Community Quota. The college management may not have taken any capitation fee from Mr. Achutanandan, due to his stature. Later, when LDF was in power, Mr. Arun Kumar was appointed as the M. D. Coir Board, by changing rules to suit him.

In year 2004, when SFI & DYFI friends, were fighting against self-financing colleges and destroying buses & property worth millions of rupees in front of our Secretariat, Mr. Pinarayi Vijayan?s daughter was studying at Amritha College of Engineering at Coimbatore, which is a self-financing college. Now she is working at an American I.T company in Bangalore. Recently, Pinarayi told that his daughter was an above average student and she wanted to study more & excel in life. Due to the excellent training she received at Amritha College, she got a job with a reputed company, and earning a livelihood.

Kodiyeri?s daughter was studying at SCMS (owned by Dr. GPC Nair) at Kochin, during the same time. When DYFI & SFI goondas were attacking private Engineering & Medical colleges, they spared this college. But comrades from AISF & AIYF attacked this college.

My first question, If Pinarayi?s daughter can excel in life (also Mr. Arun Kumar), why it is denied to thousands of other Keralite children.

M. C. Josephine?s (leader of CPM Women?s wing) son is studying at a self-financing college in Karnataka. Son of CITU leader Mr. Padmalochanen is also studying at a self-financing college in Karnataka.

Please note that there is no harthal or strikes in these self-financing colleges in Tamil Nadu & Karnataka, so their children can get good education & excel in life. At the same time, you deny it to thousands of other Keralites.

My second question, what is the income of these political leader?s. Who is paying capitation fees in self-financing colleges in Karnataka & tuition / hostel fees for these children. If the college management is giving it FREE to these leaders, then it is corruption.

My third question, do you think that we can generate large scale employment in Kerala through our conventional industries (like coir, beedi, cashewnut, paddy fields etc.). Or if you have start a large industry, can we provide sufficient land, water, uninterrupted electricity etc. in Kerala. Then how employment can be generated. How long can Kerala depend on ?money order economy?.

Do you know that nowadays it is very difficult to find people to work in paddy fields & small scale industries. Do you know that Kerala is the Gulf of many Tamilians & Bengalis.

Our pro-left political leaders are ustads of double standards. Practice what you preach. Don?t thrust it upon others. Left front has given permission to Coca Cola & Pepsi to operate in Kerala. But, now DYFI & Janatha Dal are fighting against Coca Cola in Plachimada - Perumatty Panchayath. They wanted Oommen Chandy to kick-out Coca Cola from Kerala. At the same time, Pepsi is operating from a Panchayath ruled by CPM. Here, DYFI or CPM is NOT fighting against Pepsi, as the Panchayath will loose revenue.

Achutanandan?s daughter was the partner of an online lottery agency, when he was fighting against online lottery agencies. I am of the view that these online lottery trade to be banned by law.

Who started self-financing colleges in Kerala ? Who increased the tuition fees considerably in the Kerala self-financing colleges ?

In the UAE, I have seen many people arguing against self-financing colleges in Kerala. I have even participated in one such debate at Abu Dhabi Kerala Social Center. Most of the pro-left leaders of Kerala Social Center strongly protested against self-financing colleges. But, their children are studying or studied at self-financing colleges in Karnataka or Tamilnadu.

Are you working for free in Dubai. Do you pay for using car parking space in Dubai. So, nothing is coming free. Thus, those who are coming to invest Millions of rupees need profit. If is not guaranteed, other states like Tamilnadu, Andhra are waiting to clinch the opportunity. Just see, how Tamilnadu benefited from automobile industry.

The world is growing fast. It is a small global market now. We are enjoying its benefits at Dubai & Abu Dhabi. But, we deny it to our brother?s in Kerala. You travel in a six lane road, but fights against good roads in Kerala.

Kerala already lag behind other states by 25 years, because of our political leaders. Act now, or you will miss the bus.
