Shilin P.B from Kodungaloor, Kerala started painting at an young age and ended up as a drop out from the Thrichur Fine Arts College. Currently he is working in the marketing division of Cadburies, Muscat. He has learned basics of painting from his agening father who is also an artist and former president of Mathilakam Panchayath, Kodungalloor. Even if he could not complete his course, Shilin's does landscape, portraits and oil painting works. 'I have worked as an artist with Al Omaniya Advertising for sometimes. Shilin is also active in the rhythm side of music programmes. --he is good drummer. Member of the Kerala Wing of Indian Social Club Muscat, he can be found in public music programmes like the Baburaj Nite oganised to raise fund for the legaandry Music director Babu Raj. He did the compering of Baburaj Nite and handled the music part of Green Room, a drama that bagged a number of prizes in the Khimji Mmeorial Drama Competition conducted by the Indian Social Club, Muscat. In Kerala, he was associated with Tharangam Orchestra. A Zoology graduate from MES College, Kodungaloor, Shilin is married to Bindu. His three year old Son, Akash.
